At Must Société, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If a piece isn't the perfect fit, our returns policy is designed to make the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer concierge team within 14 days of delivery or pickup to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare Your Item

Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging; please note that assembled furniture or used textiles are final sale.

Schedule a Collection

For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup, while smaller decor items can be returned to any Must Société boutique.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking or shipping fees.
